The new faux leather style Instabind™ – In 2018 we added another style of Instabind for our customers in faux leather. This product mimics standard or traditional binding without showing any stitching. It’s tougher than traditional carpet binding, reinforcing the backing along the carpet’s cut edges. Faux leather style Instabind is available in 14 colors and in standard 48-foot rolls or in custom size lengths for a slightly higher price. If you want to improve the sturdiness of your carpets and their look at the same time, this is the product for you.
The new automotive marine recycled felt outdoor binding – Here’s another great choice for our customers who bind and replace carpeting in their cars, boats, or recreational vehicles. This recycled felt binding is made with Ecofi solution-dyed poly and is available in 7/8″ or 1-1/4″ widths. It’s extremely colorfast, has a high heat resistance, will not fray or unravel, and can be cut easily to any shape or size. This product is ideal for “indoor/outdoor” vehicles because it’s mold, mildew, and stain resistant.
Bond Products’ show and convention schedule for January, 2019 – Early next year Brian will be attending:
- The Southeast Flooring Market in Atlanta, Georgia. This convention runs from January 8-9. We will be in booth #456.
- TISE or The International Surfaces Event in Las Vegas, Nevada. This convention runs from January 23-25 at the Mandalay Bay convention center. We will be in our distributor’s booth, Tools 4 Flooring, #2828.
